HCM City topped the National Team Chess Championship, which ended on June  二 八 in Bắc Giang Province.

HCM City pocketed five gold medals in the men’s team blitz, rapid and standard chess, women’s team blitz and mixed doubles’ standard events.

Bắc Giang came second with two titles in the women’s team rapid and standard categories and a silver in the women’s team blitz.

Cần Thơ finished third, bagging two golds in the mixed doubles’ rapid and blitz chess classes.
